Mandy Rose began her journey to WWE as a contestant during the 6th season of WWE Tough Enough, hosted by WWE Hall of Famer, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. Mandy Rose was demoted to NXT, but saw this as a golden opportunity to revitalize her career. She made her NXT debut in July 2021, dying her hair brown, changing her ring attire, and aligning herself with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, forming the trio of Toxic Attraction. She challenged NXT Women's Champion Raquel Gonzalez [Rodriguez] in a "Chucky's Choice: Trick or Street Fight Match" to capture the NXT Women's Championship at Halloween Havoc.

Mandy Rose held the NXT Women's Championship for an unprecedented 413 days, defeating the likes of Roxanne Perez, Wendy Choo, Zoey Starks, Cora Jade, Kay Lee Ray, Io Shirari [Iyo Sky], Meiko Satomura, and Blair Davenport. She reached the one-year mark after defeating Alba Fyre at Halloween Havoc in October 2022. However, on the December 13, 2022, episode of NXT, Mandy was dethroned by Roxanne Perez, ending her reign.

"I don't know if I have the itch to go back and wrestle full-time right now. However, I do miss the fans. I miss the camaraderie. I miss that adrenaline rush. I'm doing a lot of amazing things, and I'm so grateful for where I'm at in my life, but do I have that adrenaline rush? Not really, I think that might be missing. I would do it for the fans. I would do it for the aspect of there was some unfinished business. We really catapulted, and Toxic Attraction was so amazing. And as much as some things didn't pan out the way I wanted, I do feel bad a little bit and a little guilty in the sense of like we had something going so amazing, and I kind of feel for the girls in the group. Aside from that, Mandy spends her time helping the family business by working at The Arthur Avenue Deli in Carmel, NY. She also has a skin care line called "Amarose", which has been successful.
